"كِتٰبٌ اَنْزَلْنٰهُ اِلَیْكَ مُبٰرَكٌ لِّیَدَّبَّرُوْۤا اٰیٰتِهٖ وَ لِیَتَذَكَّرَ اُولُوا الْاَلْبَابِ" 

Translation: This is the Blessed Book which we have revealed to you (O Muhammad), that they may ponder over its verses and that men of understanding may receive admonition.
